I'm pretty sure Britney's always done her own makeup during her downtime. I think she even did her own makeup for the Gimmie More video.

In my opinion, her makeup also looked better because she still had her original/baby face and no visible sun damage.

She was in her 20s then so obviously she looked younger. IMO, I always found her to be super gorgeous and attractive in 2007, contrary to what a lot of others thought of her at the time.

she experimented a lot in 2007 with her style in general.. from wearing colored contact lenses to a bit more bizarre fashion outfits

i liked that about her tbh..

It's just age.

I'm over 40, and I can't wear the same makeup that I could five years ago. I had to stop wearing metallics and lighten up on the eyeliner, because metallics highlight the wrinkles and the eyeliner just appears heavier and darker than it used to.

I think Brit just hasn't come to grips with her age yet. She's still clinging on to her youth.

2007 Britney is gorgeous and my fav in terms of looks. I think she used to do a softer smokey eye back then using more neutral colors like greys and browns whereas now she's using pure black to do it. Also her eyelids were more droopy so makeup was less noticeable on the eyelids.

britney at the time understood that less is more and even if she had smudged panda eyes she was still beautiful and young enought to pull it off.

But britney isnt old she is the same age as beyonce and like kim k she just wears unflattering makeup and doesnt care for her skin properly

no she had short hair with bangs before and then got the extentions.

And then, she discovered Eyelashes between 2012 / 2013 and never stopped to use them until today.
