that's NOT the US stans behind it. The moderator is an Xtina stan that never allows another picture to take its place. First of all is so hard to reach the level or status or I don't know what was needed to be able to change the picture, and some people have managed to do so, but it always goes back to this because apparently is the only picture in the world that has the proper licensing or I don't know what.

I think the only way would be to convince a professional photographer to authorize one of their pictures with the proper licensing, like one of those from getty images or something. Or look for a very, very good fan picture and do whatever is required to have it on Wikipedia.
