No that was NOT the reason.

The reason is that she CANT DRIVE. LIKE... LEGALLY. She is unable to do so.

She is under a conservatorship. She has had several hit and run issues during her breakdown. Paps filmed many of them.

at the time it was kinda sad but not anymore because she's not like that anymore. she's pretty free-spirited again. I mean she has a huge *** house, goes on vacations and gets to post snapchat vids with her bf
