I saw on Twitter that apparently the live stream starts/Britney will arrive at 7pm but the actually announcement is 7:30pm

Would not surprise me. They want to make sure the online audience is as large as possible. Same reason they start concerts 30 minutes after the ticket time.

I honestly have mixed feelings about the whole thing, while I was never particularly keen to the idea of her having a Vegas residency and despite that I've never enjoyed any of the POM shows despite the very early ones where one could really see she was feeling it I must admit this does help her a lot and it really brings her tons of confidence (and money ) and of course stability with her kids and everything so that's good for her

But our girl needs to go to Hawaii, do a few, just a few 8765863486 runway clips for her Instagram, take a break from her recent tour, buy some eye line make up so she hopefully will start rehearsing 1 or two weeks before the show starts.
