So now we're blaming her dancers for her inability to give a **** on stage?

It’s a sticky situation cause on one hand it’s good to give up and coming new dancers the chance to dance with her, if that’s something they’re passionate about 

but there’s also theres also the point that if something isn’t broke don’t fix it and why not keep these people that stood with you all this time in a job

She should replace her choreographers. Anyone with 1/4 of knowledge in dance knows the show choreo is bad from the blueprint.
