I remember some rumors saying his wife was extra jealous because the tension and chemistry were palpable between Britney and Chase. She reportedly gave him an ultimatum to stop working for Britney.

I don't have much to say about whether this or that happened cause it's all pure speculation, but wow at those who threw so much shait to his wife without even knowing her or what she was going through. I imagine being a young mother and having your partner be constantly away is totally challenging. Was it really necessary to throw her to the flames? People here spend hours upon hours, upon hours defending (rightfully so) how culture destroyed a woman in a vulnerable position and yet, here  I read people hating on a total stranger in what seems to be a vulnerable position. Lol?

I don't think he has a problem with that, it's just dancing. and it's not like Circus and FFT were very masculine.

they definitely had hired a lot of new dancers, but they retained a few I guess to not make the transition as hard, or maybe it was just the ones that decided to stay

Was that the other dancer in touch of my hand? I forget his name.  I thought he was also gay? Wasn’t he dating one of the other male ones? I knew the one guy with the baby was straight, as well as Chase Benz. I didn’t realize that he was in POM until recently. 
 

Femme fatale had more masculine dance moves. The male dancers were total players. They seemed to be into Britney but she was with jason at the time. 
 

I honestly think Britney and Chase would have made a great couple. They are both dancers and seem to have similar values. Chase also comes from humble roots and has a strong connection with his family. He also seems to be emotionally healthy: Britney wanted more kids and he clearly wanted to be a dad. Maybe if the stars aligned differently, they would have continued their relationship after the Circus tour and she would have been the mother of his two children. Then they would have performed together as a couple and lived happily ever after. 
 

It sucks that Britney has always fallen for guys that ultimately betray her and break her heart. Men who are unfortunately like her dad. Chase is the one that got away!

I think being in a relationship with a performer comes with many challenges. It can be especially hard with children if your partner is always working and away from home. You want to support their career and professional goals but it can be hard if their success comes at the expense of the relationship and family. 
 

Chase’s wife probably felt upset and not supported by him. I’m guessing she was not happy that he spent 4+ years performing in Vegas with an old flame, whom he probably still has feelings for. She had to bear the burden of raising their 2 kids, while he was gone half the time. It makes sense as to why she wouldn’t have wanted him to go on tour with Britney. That tour schedule was brutal and having him spend all that time with her, would understandably make someone jealous.

I’m wondering if he was a dancer throughout the POM residency. He’s not in the performances towards the end of the show’s run. It seems that they nixed touch of my hand and replaced it with slumber party from 2016-2017 and he sporadically appears in shows during that time frame. I know he didn’t perform at the 2016 Apple Music Festival in London and Britney struggled to perform touch of my hand without him. Seems like he sort of gave up on the show. Makes sense as to why he wasn’t asked to return for Domination.

In an alternate universe, Britney is free from the conservatorship. She  is married to Chase and they have 2-3 kids together. They have a dance studio, where they offer classes to at-risk youth. Oh and Britney is not insecure about Chase performing with attractive females because she knows he’s head over heels in love with her. Britney and Chase forever and ever amen!

We didn’t know what we know now then. Most of us thought she was passionless and non-caring. It’s a shame we didn’t know, but it’s not fair to chastise a comment from 2018 and how we felt then with todays info.

I agree. We were also being brainwashed by teamcon’s tight control over information. I think a lot of us began to suspect something wasn’t right back then, but these discussions were considered conspiracy theories. If we did what we were told and dismissed these theories, then the only other explanation for her behaviors was that she was being lazy and aloof.
