I prefer "Lonely" because lyrics wise... It aged well. "Cinderella" on the order hand, lyrics are a little bit  teenager-ish (which was Ok for her and fans at the time)

Yes! “Lonely” is my favorite non-single off of Britney, but I used to be obsessed with “Cinderella” and always pictured a really elaborate music video for the track. The song just innately evokes such picturesque imagery. It could’ve easily become one of her most impressive and classic music videos.

Lonely could've been her girl power anthem. Cinderella is cute but it would've fit better on Oops
