It is her decisions.  But your last sentence suggests this is the only forum that comments on it.  Every time she steps out in public just about EVERY forum comments on her face or any article that shows her post an instagram pic/vid the comments are about her face.  (Though this is a forum for her fans and she should be supported.)

But I don't know if her plastic surgery binge can really be attributed to fan pressure following the XFactor since she hardly listened to them when they called her out for her lackadaisical dancing during the Circus and Femme Fatale tours and she barely danced at all and never improved.   

She obviously looked pretty good the whole 2013 immediately after the Xfactor and started to look very different by 2014.
