Its the strange lines she has diagonally from her eyes. It's a line that people normally don't have there that makes her look way older than she is.

I don't get why she doesn't make her skin look better? She has the funds obviously. A combination of a good skincare routine that contains Retin-A, Sunscreen, Botox, very subtle fillers and very expensive laser skin resurfacing could make Britney look 20 years younger. Literally.

Britney, two things:

1) for the love of god, you have money, hire the Kardashian botox/filler doctor, not some run of the mill dentist that administers injections. 

2) Sharper features, like a new sharp nose, look fine when youre young, but as you grow older, you need softer features!!!
