How about we just wait and see what they actually do. We have no idea what they have planned. It could be like Vegas or the Asian shows, we just don’t know yet. It could be a new revamp with totally different stuff swapped in and moved around like in 2016. And it’s still months away at this point. All we have right now is Hyper Obsessed Stan Speculation. Just keep it cool and be patient.

Some might be terrible, but I went to one of Gaga’s sold-out shows a few months ago and it was amazing. 100% live (and incredible) vocals, piano playing, guitar playing, keyboard playing, great choreography, huge production with designer costumes, lights, props, etc. She also establishes fantastic rapport with the audience, so she makes a crowd of 20,000+ feel much smaller.

Additionally, while I'm not a fan of hers at all, I've seen pictures from Katy Perry’s tour and it's visually very impressive, and I believe she sings live as well (albeit poorly). So while I love Britney, and she certainly has what it takes to be the best, we really can’t pretend she’s even at the top of her field, because it’s sadly not the case anymore.

I refuse to believe that her team won't bring any of the props or at least change the show a lil bit

I know I should expect the worst but MY GOD they can't be that bad and dumb

they got 5 months of doing literally nothing

they know how harsh the media can be and how much the fans complain about the show

the tickets are doing amazing, the demand is incredible

they CAN'T just let her perform Slave 4 U with a broomstick and call it a day

I'm not expecting a DWAD type production,  but it needs to be on par with Vegas.  Obviously it can't be the same because POM was built for the theatre - or the theatre was built for POM - either way you look at it.  I do hope they bring all the props - they are absolutely necessary.  If Britney was performing like she did prior to Circus, i'd say she didn't need anything but herself on the stage - but POM Britney needs the show behind her.  Also, for the price they are charging, if they want to keep the Britney empire up and running for as long as possible, they NEED make this tour exciting.  I'm not getting my hopes up, but i'm still excited to see Britney again - I haven't seen her since 2014/Vegas.

i completely agree. vegas was amazing but the asian tour was too watered down, especially compared to the standards of all her tours before. obviously the venues are smaller but i still imagine the GP expecting much for the crazy prizes they have to pay to see her.

exactly! the ticket prices are extremely high. myself and friends (who aren't huge fans) wanted to make a weekend trip to new york and would end up spending more money on a ticket than the rest of the trip. for these prices the show needs to be spectacular.

The problem with the upcoming POM tour, is that the production is not good, at all.

In Vegas, the show looks amazing. But that's because the show was MADE for that theatre, and it includes all the props.

But during the Asian tour last year, Britney barely brought any props and the show just looked SO cheap, it was embarrassing.

The Asian tour was missing the tree, the guitar, magic entrance, the dywco pole, the slave fountain pole thing, the ring of fire, angel wings, etc...

All it had was the cheap ******** pole and the MATM wooden wall things... That is literally it.

I'm afraid that the general public are getting their hopes up and buying Britney tickets hoping for a great show, and they're just gonna be let down.

If she replicated the Vegas stage and actually brought all the props, it'd be a different story.

But walking out onto an empty stage with nothing but a screen behind you and performing the way she is now (ADHDney) and lipping to 20 year old vocals...

It's just gonna be a mess. I LOVE her but this is just the tea.

Guys, I always tell y'all: POM is not bad at all. We're just tired of it, we just over-analyzed it to the maximum extent over 5 years. This is a good show. I see Lady Gaga has been mentioned, well, even Live in Concert is already better than Artrave and Joanne World Tour, there is more production, better stage outfits and better dancing in POM (albeit less liver singing which is sad). Britney is better now than she was in FF, and it'd risk to say, because the stage was more limiting during circus, POM is also better and less cheap than that. I think they'll bring most props. The Toxic tree isn't coming tho, I'm sure, and honestly I like the beginning better without it. Also remember Britney is a changing queen, so I doubt we'll get the same show without some new stuff. I'm even excited for it, bring it on queen @britneyspears !

Gaga's outfits were amazing during Joanne. The show looked top notch.

I actually went to Pom and the only thing amazing was the lights. It’s a cheap show... it’s almost cheaper than FFT. 

Not everyone will accept the low quality. 

Taylor’s stage is limited because she was doing stadiums. But she sings live and plays the guitar so...

Circus was top notch. Britney was a mess during FFT but the visuals were great and the prerecorded vocals sounded live for a chunk of the songs.

POM maybe had better dancing? If she is into it that day.

This question constantly comes up every year yet she’s still here and still winning awards and is still highly regarded. I mean this question suits someone like Xtina.
