 Now that was a cool entrance. Idk how down she would be to do it very often, though, given that it means anyone can reach out and touch her as she makes her way to the stage. Plus I think it's one that can only be reserved for something recorded/televised.

Well, I can't talk for everyone on here but I love that entrance/performance because it was one of the few times IN YEARS since we didn't see Britney with such confidence and stage presence, with a stunning outfit and a toned and fit body as the old days. 

This might have been a random and average performance for Primeney but for Currentney this is AMAZING! 

 

 

I will always be frustated that she did such a lazy and lame performance at the VMA's and it was televised worldwide but she slayed this local radio festival. THIS is what the VMA's 16 should have been like

That entrance was confident, cool and exciting af. The way she turned when on stage to the synchronised fireworks was so effin cool. One of her best entrances EVER. Really simple but so much energy and confidence.

Im happy that you liked it so much. People have different opinions and thats fine.

To me it wasnt great end of story. She was just marching to the stage, went up the stairs and then the only good thing happened (the fireworks) compared to the ones I mentioned thats pretty lame imo. That being said it was perfectly fine for the occasion and I wouldnt have expected anything more impressive because its just the itunes festival. I just think its overhyped is all and seeing people want something as "basic" as that for the superbowl kind of shocked me when she has done so many more fabulous things.

Yes in the grand scheme of things it doesn't compare to her past stuff, we all know that. But for what it is it was a very exciting and confident opening to the festival performance. Your not enjoying it because your constantly comparing it to her past. You will never be happy with anything if you continue to do that.

I did say that it was fine for the festival. Me thinking it was overhyped came after seeing a lot of people wanting it for the Superbowl. Even you have to admit that that would be a kind of lame entrance to the Superbowl right??

Not for the superbowl, no. I think all of us thought she would awkwardly be hiding behind her dancers, so when the camera cut and she was in her signature military outfit marching through the crowd looking confident af then reaching the stage setting the fireworks off in perfect timing I must admit I was SLAYED.

I mean cmon look at her 

This performance was one of the highlights of the glory era for me.
