Glory was honestly the first glimpse of Britney being in a good place since ITZ. Blackout was a great album but obviously she wasn't well enough to promote it. Circus was a great era but she admitted she felt restricted and oppressed. FF she seemed to have no passion for and BJ she seemed better in herself but the album was tragic. So I don't think it's crazy to assume she's on an upwards trajectory now, after Glory, and the next album will be better than the last. She seems capable of promoting well now, as long as proper promotion is scheduled.

I think so if the material is of high standard, like storm has said promo will not be all Vegas based and hopefully she'll actually talk about the new album more instead of the interview being 2 minutes about how 'excited' she is about it and how 'cool' she  thinks she is then the interview  being moved on to Vegas. And also ticket sales for the tour have been a massive success so there seems to be a spark interest in her again so if they time it right and release a new single maybe May/June/July then add 3 or 4 new songs on the tour setlist then release the album Sep/Oct and the material is of good quality she would have a great chance of having success with B10
