It’s definitely something relating to the tour due to the Japanese writing saying Piece of Me.  Maybe new backdrops for the tour?  Maybe a commercial (seems unlikely as the tour is pretty much sold out)...who knows but it definitely has something to do with that.

maybe she is filming something for a tour DVD.
