What do you mean? It's still a designer for Britney that reaches out to Swarovski. It's not like Larry is calling them like "hey, is this Swarovski? I would like to order five pieces. Can I e- mail you my ideas?". Lol

Nah you didn't get it

I'm not talking about directly what the OP is. When she posted about the secret project a random designer posted half a piece on twitter hinting he was producing for her, and so far it looked cheap as hell. Like worst than Flopco Flopco. And so I find the Swarovski story hard to be Britney if that guy was indeed working for her. Did you miss this tour?

In the end it really depend on what they're going to do with those crystals. Madonna wore amazing Swarovski costumes during RH and they looked iconic. However, I remember Michael Jackson's This is It designer (a who named Zaldy) who was obsessed with those crystals, and 99%+ of the outfits he created he used them, and it was pure gimmick.:imok:

Zaldy did the Femme Fatale Tour costumes.

I already exposed that mess. That was just someone looking for attention. It has nothing to do with her professionally. The maxi dress had the same faces print as this Society6 t-shirt.

No, you don't get it. You said something like "but isn't Britney using a unknown designer...", and I told you it doesn't matter if that guy is her designer or not, in fact anyone could be. We don't know who is hired for the tour, yet.

If her designer, whoever that would be, are being asked by Britney, the director or the production to get rhinestones and diamonds, or if the designer comes up with that idea him/ herself - they could indeed get in touch with Swarovski. Sometimes the designer puts visions on paper and then gets it done through someone else. So this story could make sense...

It's not like anyone are saying "Swaroviski are the new designers for the tour". It could be anyone, ordering a piece from them or a whole bunch of outfits.

I hope they make some kind of agreement with whoever designs her outfits. Something like: "If the pieces are drastically altered (scissorney involved) we have the right to get out of the project and take our work with us."

That's the only way they can make sure Britney doesn't get too creative with the costumes cause she seems to be really hard to work with. I would be pissed if I saw my creation being destroyed by someone else. Why can't Britney be like Beyonce or any of the other pop girls and wear what she's given without destroying it? :girlwhat:
