I think there's hope. They need a killer single mixed with actual promo and a marketing plan that will create a lot of hype. One of the reasons 3 and HIAM went #1 was bc the fans were so excited that we all bought it on iTunes week 1. We need to get the fans excited again so we all come together and pull through to support the next single.

Most of her singles don't really chart very high or have a strong staying power on the charts; however, her singles are labeled as "hits" as they are recognized by the majority of the GP. That's why I don't really take the charts so seriously because the GP don't really check for them when calling songs "hits."

That was 10 years ago, now no one outside the fanbase knows her songs

We should be grateful Britney manages to still be a potential hit maker even with her shitty label.

See icons like Mariah; as big as she is/was, there are absolutely no hope she will ever have another smash hit, the GP sees her as old and the type of music she does as something newcomers can do better. Meanwhile Britney, despite being poorly marketed as a nostalgia act, being stuck in Vegas for years, not leaving her house for any damn event nor having a decent online presence is always on the verge of having a new hit. The audience knows a good Britney bop when she delivers, there are still interest for what she brings, the type of music she does is unique, there are absolutely no new artist doing what she does musically and everyone is craving for it, she’s the only one capable of making Pop music big again. People just need to know about her damn releases.

Her last singles could have been huge if just RCA didn’t **** up, beginning with Work *****, which have an amazing video but needed radio support and TV performances. Then Make Me, one of her most memorable first singles and songs in gerenal, a total waste since they made the  most horrendous MV ever and couldn’t manage properly the timing of the release. My blood boils whenever I think about how they threw Slumber Party under the bus and how they had Change Your Mind ready to go, a track that SCREAMS hit in 2017/2018, and didn’t do s--t about it.

I don’t know how many more missed opportunities her career can take until she’s done for good, but for now we should be glad she’s even reaching great numbers despise RCA’s dumb decisions. Hopefully they’ll get their s--t together for B10 since she needs a hit to promote the next residency. It’s not over yet.

The success on itunes says otherwise

The place where you can see what the people are buying, not radio where you can pay for your airplay

Use that brain

iTunes you can get number one with a few hundred copies. It dropped quick as well so... none of that makes sense
