Ticketmaster gonna send upgrade email?

I spoke with Ticketmaster customer service on the chat and this is what they had to say about upgrading current tickets for meet & greets...Do with this info what you want.

I would love the opportunity to be able to meet Britney. Thanks!!!

Im wondering if the upgrade is like what they did in vegas.  The day of the show they would send you an email where you could upgrade your seats for an extra $50.  I went from row 30 to row 8 by upgrading the day of.
