Did it seem like the best seats are only available through a VIP package, or could you buy the tickets just for the nice seats and without merchandise/backstage tour/etc.?

 

I'm trying to prepare for NYC presale, because they don't have anything listed except "tickets price $79-$550," so I have no idea what the hell each seating option even is.

No. I'm talking about what contains/offer the VIPs packages. Just a good seat and some merchandising.

I think just with the vip packages. But there will be good seats (near) for sell without the packages.

when it says " max. 4/order " does that mean it allows 4 people per package? so if theres 2 of us i only need to purcahse one of those?

I think it means maximum 4 tickets you can buy per presale code.
