Presale Code Question

Hey Ya'll! 

So my friend joined the tour club and got the code. I am responsible for getting tickets today. So my question is, where exactly do I put in the code? Do I go to ticketmaster or in the tour club site? Please help!

It’s kind of late though. All of the good seats are sold out for today.

What do you mean? Mine don't even go on sale till 10 am over my way...

Doesn't presale starts 10 AM local time of the venue? Are you buying for US shows?

Oh yes you’re right sorry. So you’ll have to go on Ticketmaster. You pick you show and then you’ll have different tickets but some will be locked and you’ll have to put your code.

Yes I am buying for a US show. Do you know how I am gonna go about all this?

You first pick your package. So for instance if you want the First 5 Rows package, you pick it on the list then type the code and then you’ll have the number of your seat. And they’re the same price.

All you have to do is wait on the tour website and then as tickets go on sale you'll click the link to "buy tickets" ... it'll then connect you to Ticketmaster. I suggest you make a profile beforehand (if you don't have one already) and then choose the package and ticket amount you want. Make sure you do this right as they become available because M&Gs for instance sold out in seconds for the European dates.

You're welcome! Also, don't have different windows for different dates open simultaneously and search for tickets for two dates at the same time, that will throw you out of the queue.

I’m confused bc the AC show tickets are sold directly through their event website, not ticketmaster. And their page says nothing about a presale but AC is listed on her tour club site.

any ideas? Idk where I’ll put a presale code... and I just paid to join the club for my code lol

This whole thing was poorly executed but that’s to be expected with Team B. Anywho, my broke *** still paid the $40 so I can snatch a ticket to one of the NY shows this AM! Good luck everyone
