Has anyone noticed this in the 'Everytime' video? Was this intentional?

When Britney looks at her hand in the bathtub and sees she's bleeding, look at her fingers. All of them are done besides her pinky. 

Pinky is the nickname JT gave her and they used to wear rings on their pinky when they were a couple ... we all know she wrote this song for him. Do you guys think this was intentional or just a coincidence because we all know Britney's nails have a tendency to look a mess but if she ruined it on accident, wouldn't you think they would have people to fix it she's filming something big like a music video? 

It's kinda genius if she intended it to be like that because I don't think many if not anyone caught on. Clever Queen.

Kidding lol but even if that was HER nickname, they both wore rings on their pinky. & it just seems weird knowing they were going to film her hand to not fix it when all other 9 fingers are done.

Maybe, Britney’s sometimes been out in public when one of her nails wasn’t done/it fell off so maybe it was a coincidence and wasn’t noticed.
