I Don't Get This..

Okay, so I know it has been two years since this went down in one of her Vegas shows, but I was looking at Piece Of Me best performances from the 1.0 (not 2.0) show from YouTube and I came across this:

So a fan called her a "fat *****" and did not seem like he was yelling or screaming it in any sort.  Britney then calls out the fan (YASSSSSSS) and calls him a "******* *******.  After THAT, the fan quietly says "she heard me." 

The thing is that I don't get how she heard him all the way from back there and also he was not loud...or did someone else say something that was not recorded in this particular video????
