Hey, an actually fair comparison video. :shameless:

IAS4U: Already she had so much swagger in Onyx, and I'm like less than four seconds in. The fluidity is amazing. Onyx wins, IMO.
Boys: Idk, man. She's sharper in Boys, but its so similar... Nope, I'd actually say DWAD wins it.
Overprotected: I'll be honest, this one came down to the, uh, armography she does in the breakdown, you know, when she starts swinging? Onyx won it for that, and for the way she ended the break itself.
Boys (part two): DWAD owned Boys. Still good in Onyx, but Dream wins.
IAS4U (part two): I even went back and watched it again so I could see both fairly. Both ended that segment well, but Onyxney started it better, so she still has it for me.
Boys (part three): Still DWAD's.
Slave (part three): Too equal. I can't.

In total, they're equal to me, apparently. I really do think it comes down to preference of big production, or a more stripped down tour. :yaknow:

Outside of Overprotected, Britney in DWAD almost looks like she's out of breath and can't catch up to the beat (which makes sense, because Slave and Boys were near the end compared to in the beginning and middle of Onyx, which also had less dancey numbers in between).

But either way, she still slays every single routine, and does it better than Currentney ever could.

 

But my main question is... Why do most of the videos of DWAD look higher quality than the ITZ ones, when these are all obviously candid fan videos? Cameras only get better with time, so the ITZ videos should be more high quality (and how are both sets of videos even better than the M+M's Tour?)

i think Onyx ones were filmed on phones or were filmed from very far away and the zoom in  made the quality worse.

Phones had cameras in 2004? I thought that didn't happen until 2007.

nah they had really shitty useless cameras. Especially on the flip phones. But back then they didnt have enough GB to record a whole show so I dont think it was a  phone just a camera that was really far away.

But in all fairness - when she's recycling THAT choreo - I'm not complaining. 

 

If only she would perform those choreos now - we'd all be praising the **** out of her. 

 

MJ kept his iconic Smooth Criminal, Billie Jean, Beat It choreos all through his career - why is Britney determined to dumb down her dances & ruin her legacy? :crying2:

YES! if you have legendary or amazing choreo there is no need to COMPLETLY change it (and make it worse everytime) To me Boys, Overprotected, MATM, Baby and Crazy are in that Kategory. Like change up small things and the Remixes but keep the dancebreaks that everybody knows and loves. ESPECIALLY for a Greatest Hits show.
