Im starting to really hate being a Britney fan :'(

that's why people like you then shouldn't pay attention to online rumors, because as long as there is no official confirmation, they keep being just that, rumors. Even if there WAS a plan of doing something and got scrapped, if they didn't officially say anything, it's not their fault that you were "getting your hopes up" for nothing. 

Even the original MM video for example, they did show pictures of her on set, but they never leaked those clips we got, so we weren't actually supposed to know about it. We're not supposed to know about all those rumors, no matter how true they are. 

You may have the right to be mad at them, because of the lack of new music/singles/videos/performances, etc. I mean, someone that isn't the forums, the last thing that would know about Britney is Slumber Party, then nothing until the NYE performance and that she just ended her Vegas residency. That would bore anyone. 

I would be pissed if they were like "oh, wait for the new single next month" and the next month came and they didn't release anything, because they're actually promising something they're not doing, like Christina Aguilera and her never coming album.

You have all the rights to be done with Britney, but that's because you're just simply not interested in the way she's handling her carreer currently, but they're not to blame.

I repeat it all the time in here, all of you that don't like or can't stand what she does or doesn't do nowadays, shouldn't be afraid to just  stay with the good memories, the things you really liked from her in the past, and forget about what she does now or she'll do in the future, because things will most likely get downhill from here. If by any mircale she releases something extraordinary again, you can be sure you'll get to know about it, you won't miss a thing.

well i think one of the biggest things about being a britney fan is to never believe rumors. many of these rumors are not from britney/her team so it's ridiculous to get mad at her for it. there are many things to get frustrated about but rumors should not be it.

You shouldn't get your hopes up! So many people on this forum do it thinking that something amazing will happen but then get disappointed when it doesn't meet their expectations. I kinda agree if the rumours are getting too much then a break from Exhale is probably best. That's the problem with the internet is that there are rumours everywhere and most people just believe them. 

I do agree I am getting a bit tedious waiting to find out about a supposed tour/secret project but I'm sure everything will be announced in due course. Also, I'm also a bit skeptical about her doing another Vegas residency especially cause I cannot afford it. But don't worry! Just try not to believe everything on this forum cause most of it probably isn't true

This. I really hate to admit it but there's no point in being delusional right now. People will praise the **** out of Gaga and Britney will probably get dragged especially by Gaga's stans everywhere, and everyone else who loves to hate Britney would join, further damaging her reputation as a performer. 

PS- not trying to praise Gaga but she's been praised for her performance these last few years and is considered a good vocalist, and people know Britney will lip sync the entire show and give minimum effort. I have a feeling things will get worse.

I don' understand why/how people 'quit' being a brit fan. Like why do you have to either fully Stan her or not care about her. If you're not happy with her and her career etc just tone back the stanning, check up on her less often. You could find yourself suprised if anything exciting happens, as there wouod be no big build-up and potential meltdown. Just some thoughts

Her life her choice...her life does not belong to US .....it belongs to her and her children . If she is doing the residency for more time with her children and being able to have time off between shows to be the best Mom she can be to them I am not going to knock her for that but praise her.. Ever since she had her kids they always came before her career and that is how it should be ....again BRITNEY SPEARS IS NOT OUR PROPERTY!

yeh thanks for this post. It  has made me feel better about how I'm feeling. I do slightly regret the title of this thread because it is a bit strong. I am proud to be a fan  of Britney. I just want Britney's team to open their mouths and at least  confirm if something is coming. Actually, my feelings isn't towards Britney at all. I totally understand that she only finished her Vegas residency 12 days ago and now it seems shes away on holiday with the boys and relaxing. Completely understandable and well deserved. I just don't understand why with all the rumours flying around, why her team or Larry cant just even tweet and say something is coming, or deny the rumors

Tbh her team have never been the type to deny rumours lol. I mean this is her team we are talking about... but I'm sure something is in the works which will be announced soon, I think whatever it is it'll be worth the wait.

That will be nobody else but Britney's fault. JLO's show was better and Britney still did not care. Here's to hoping this new show will outdo Piece Of Me, but I'm not holding my breath. I'm more interested in her upcoming album and how that will turn out, it's a milestone, hopefully it will be treated as such and not just a collection of Julia Michaels templates.

It definitely is her fault but oh well. But she killed it at some point (August 2015 + POM 2.0) so I hope she'll do the next show with the same attitude and energy. 

I'm thirsty for a new album you don't even know. Glory was a great experience from the first listen, I miss that feeling.
