Why is Britney still performing?

Why?

1. She is uber rich. She does NOT need money anymore to live a fancy life.
2. She does NOT like performing. Cuz if she liked, she would not give us those half-*** katy perry level dancing and performing skills.
3. She does NOT like promoting. 

Why doesnt she retire? Its so obivous that she does not enjoy those things and she doesnt need money.
if she enjoys doing zumba moves, she could just join a gym class.

The only thing that she still may like might be making music but she does not need to perform to make music. She could just make an album and release it. It will not sell anyway even she performs the songs from the album.

Her current performances are only damaging/destroying her brand even tho there is not much left for GP. She could have just quited when she was on the top. Dunno why she keeps doing it.

yes, the "visuals" are good. but growing up during Primeney, watching these performances is painful. if you became a fan post-2007, you may enjoy these perfomances.

Because she would get bored doing absolutley nothing. She is waay to young to retire. She also probably dorsnt want her kids to see her as a has been. And money obviously. I think she enjoys performing but doesn't like the work that goes into making a great show.

She’s 36, what is she going to retire from?

Also, she doesn’t live like a regular person, that money isn’t going to last forever with her current lifestyle. And it’s not only her lifestyle, it’s her kids, child support to K-Fed, payments for Larry, Jamie, the conservators, etc.

Again, what will she do for the rest of her life? How will she keep paying child support and keep her kids clothed, fed and entertained. She’s under a conservatorship. She shops at Target but buys a boatload of crap from there and other places too. She spent 38,000 dollars on her dogs last year. Her dogs. She spent 68,000 on massages and manicures. Who knows what else she spends money on. That’s why she needs to work, she isn’t going to quit her lifestyle cold turkey.

I think she wants to make sure her kids can have the same high standards (live where they want, in houses as big as they like, being able to afford anything they want pretty much) when they are grown ups.

It's still better than most current pop acts that just walk on stage. And don't bring up the live singing excuse cause they all do playback with some live adlibs and when they really try to sing live they sound terrible making it unbeareable

In addition to what everyone has said about her lifestyle, what else would she do? She clearly has used her career as a way of keeping herself busy the past few years. Her kids share time between her an KFed, so that means she has lots of free time. 

This is the situation, why do you care more about her career and legacy than she does? If she is fine with the current state of things, then it is what it is. Don't spend money on her shows or watch new videos if it upsets you to much. Just wait for new music and enjoy that if it's more up your alley.

Those are the least important things. She needs money mainly for security. She has like 4 bodyguards 24/7. That costs a lot of money
