With less success comes more control?

Sometimes I wonder if having less success has allowed Britney to be a little more hands on with her career and have more control.

If shes not the main cash cow anymore do y’all feel like the label does not intervene as much and lets her sort of do her thing??

I can see her early years them being very controlling as she made them a lot of money and wanting everything “perfect”, but nowadays shes no longer the main attraction, so I wonder if they eased off on her a bit..

I'd say less success does not mean more control, it means less money to invest on her which leads to 2 video clips only and unfinished eras  :lemmetellu:

Any record label has the last word on the product, no matter if it's Britney or another artist... if a record label does not like what the executives hear then the album gets changes or does not see the daylight.... let's remember RCA executive had some Glory tracks with him, they always have the last word whether Britney has control or not :tiffanynod:

Let's also remember Madonna's American Life when the record label heard the album they forced them to re-record some tracks coz they felt they couldn't recognize Madonna's voice :nopingout:
