I love the lyrics but I don't like the production of it and how her vocals are messed with

I love the instrumental !!!! It has that bird call like sound and some honky tonk tones and that grumble...  it’s epic all put together. B sounds epic just wish she would spend more time doing more then just one cut in the studio so they don’t have to manipulate her vocals to be where they supposed to.

I love Liar, but not since the beginning. When it first came out it reminded me of Dark Horse  but now that's totally erased from my mind and I can fully enjoy the amazing song that Liar is

I’m 100% with out on this one, I’m all for the verses, but the pitch on the chorus are too much. And the final chorus the ablibs should have been more highlighted

the whole song is fun, I don't get some of the hate it receives. it's one of the only songs on glory with a memorable, RELATABLE chorus and subject matter that isn't about ***. there's nothing like a good breakup song, this song is criminally underappreciated just because it doesn't sound like a Selena reject like most of the standard edition. it's a song that sounds like Britney and has power, regardless of the current production trend.

if it played on the radio, people would know "that's Britney Spears"

What's funny is that every member of the GP I know that's heard it LOVES it. I don't care what the fanbase thinks of it; missed opportunity with that one. (And the whole of Glory. Whatevs.)

Me personally, it's okay. I'm not obsessed with it, but I don't skip it.

Liar seems to be a song people here either LOVE or HATE. Personally, it was my favorite track on Glory from the first run through. It has changed since, its not my absolute favorite but I still do love it. Also, I agree with Fucknfurter, all my GP friends loved it when I played it. Complete missed opportunity for the third single.
