Any ideas for a "fanmade" with unreleased songs ?.

I have a friend with a print shop and I want to make a fanmade album to add it to my collection. Any ideas for a "fanmade" with unreleased songs?

 I have no imagination to make a good compact. HELP! PS: to include Pretty Girls (I love Iggy).

 PS: 7-12 tracks please.

I'm sure a lot of people made their own on youtube using unreleased songs  you can get ideas from there

If you have no photoshop skills you can make a really cute album cover using "canva.com"

With all three tracks that's only 46 minutes and the CD maximum is like 70/71/72/73 (can remember which), so I'd add your favourite remixes and other songs like Burning Up (and I don't know the ITZ ones well)
