Another reason I can think of, is that since BOMT keeps getting more and more views, it might appear Sometimes as a suggestion, and people go to watch it after BOMT.

That makes a lot of sense. THERe used to be a thread here for trying to get videos certified and keeping track of their views, but I haven't seen it in awhile

Yeah I think the video of her fans singing Sometimes after Manila tour date going viral is what made the song pick up on Youtube
