I'm over the nose thing, I just wish she would stop messing with her mouth! Britney had the best smile EVER! It was beautiful and one of her best physical traits but now that she is doing weird and  unnecessary things to her mouth, she lost her great smile which is so unfortunate.

Yes! I don't know if if she has done something on her cheeks or just lost weight (which can happen), but her face is much thinner and that makes a difference. Not as big as her mouth or nose, but it does influence.
