Dermal Fillers and Botox can cause the changes that we see with her mouth, especially since there seems to be times where it is less or more apparent. By placing botox above the mouth area you can get a curve that we see now, and injecting filler can also force the shape of the lip to change. I would hope she would try to go see someone that could give her a more natural look. :xfactorlook:
