Almost everybody lip syncs at the super bowl anthem/performance 

Nobody is going to take the risk to mess in front of a whole country 

except that nobody is stupid enough to lip sync to cd vocals they actually bother to pre-record their songs in a way that you couldn't tell if it's lip synced or not

Britney should do the national anthem. She would be forced to prerecord because she doesn't have a cd version.
