She's Britney Spears, henny. Making a VMA comeback after 10 years. Do you honestly think they wouldn't have given her a bigger budget had she asked / her performance demanded it? Ehh. If she attends, it would be really confusing seeing as if she barely attended other award shows closer to her album release and that would have been good promotion. If she randomly goes and didn't show up to the Grammys or AMAs or IHeart, etc., to talk her album, her team really is clueless.

she always looks good for the VMAs hair and makeup wise. I can't say that for her dresses except for last year
