Maybe that's a stretch, I just figured if she could sing an entire song 100% live and sound pretty good she could maybe do it at least once every show.

Fans want that. But people pay to see her performing some of her greatest hits. She won't change that cuz it's easy money with less effort. For the time being, she's not persuing an acoustic/live turn and she probably never will. The day people stop paying to see that, somethings will change or she will retire.
