it is though, i think it's cuz it's supposed to be "my loneliness isn't killing me anymore" which is the opposite of "my loneliness is killing me (BOMT)" , but they wanted to be hip and "gansta" by saying "ain't killing me no more" which technically is a contradiction in itself but some people speak that way
