Ok, so here's the thing with exhale. In hindsight they will say that they hated something always because they currently do, but in reality this is not the case. When POM came out, I remember there being a very positive reaction to alot of the show. Same with Pretty Girls- the song had quite a number of fans. Same with FF, BJ, Make Me (not the video), Slumber party (and it's video). Exhale in general is pro Britney until it doesn't chart the way they want it to. That's why sometimes I feel like we would be better off without all of this time to ruminate on her career. If I wasn't on here I would still probably like (maybe not completely love) all of the aforementioned things that Britney has put out. If we didn't care about charts, we would be a much happier fanbase

I wasn't on here then but I was really happy with it. WB, BTI, MATM, Toxic, and GM had great choreos and she had more energy especially in late 2014-2016. And I thought the show had great production when it first came out the ball intro, tree for toxic, special effects in circus section, props for MATM and S&S, etc. TBH I prefer the 2013-15 POM over the current POM.

No, it wasn't that bad, I think they made a bigger deal from the M&G pictures than the actual show. Personally I remember I was so excited for BTI, because till that moment, thanks to IABJ we were expecting Hot as Ice instead (Larry and his problem with song titles). We finally got to see the full WB choreo, she was almost, kinda doing the original MATM, she did the Blackout segment for those fans, but she also performed Lucky, Crazy, Stronger for the other fans, and I don't know, I remember it was generally positive, or at least that's what I focused on.

The mess started in early 2014 when she left all the wigs, and only kept the worst one and the one from Circus. Then she suddenly scrapped the wigs for good in February, only to bring the worst wig back precisely the show Lady Gaga attended and they took that picture we already know.

Then she started to bring even uglier and uglier wigs each leg, and besides looking horrendous, prevented her from executing the moves the way they were supposed to. From then it's been ups and downs all these years.

I wasn't on here yet, but I was really into the set list, esp with oops being performed for the first time in years, along with crazy, lucky (still adore that performance), stronger, etc. I also thought it was an improvement over the FFT, but I wasn't as avid of a stan then so I didn't notice the lack of energy, lip syncing, and I didn't get hyped up like everyone on here did. If I had low expectations since that was right when I became a stan, I remember loving the different color wigs.

Well not really. This fanbase was a mess during the Circus era because Britney was a totally different person and performer, yet she was slaying the charts at that time. We're never happy

I remember when PG came out, Tom's Diner leaked too, actually I think at the end we got TD first.

I kept telling everyone how amazing TD was, but everybody in here kept telling me PG was superior because it was more urban, and funky and I don't know what else.

 

BJ, was loved by everyone. Everybody was team something, team Alien, team TIG, team ISBE, etc. It was such a happy time till Beyoncé dropped that video album lol Even on early 2014 people were still demanding a third single.

I think MM is still pretty loved, it's just the stain of the music video what pisses most of the people. SP, I never wanted it as a single since the beginning, but I did notice how everybody turned their backs when before everybody used to say it was a sleeper hit, and so trendy, and so relatable for the GP.

 

POM always had its detractors, all those persons that wanted her to tour, but I think the turning point was when she announced the extension. I think we were all seeing the progress in her performances despite the wigs and outfits, that kinda helped us to survive all these years.

I remember we were all shook bc she was doing a show a day earlier than advertised (basically a full dress rehearsal, only planet hollywood employees and press could attend I think) so we were all caught off guard and scowering around social media looking for any clips and we were losing our **** bc it was the first time she'd be performing Work *****  yada yada yada

and then the 2nd night (the first ACTUAL show) we lost our **** bc they made such a big deal out of it, like full pink carpet, miley, katy, and Selena in the audience, it as just a big buzzfest

 

I feel like we all knew she didn't look that great but we didn't care bc she was still getting a lot of attention and good reviews and a lot of celeb guests and stuff
