I guess you can tell she had the nosejob here, but it's very very subtle. IMO she would look exactly like this if she just stopped touching her lips for a few months.

I hated that look so much omg, honestly she looked botoxed as **** here, it's like she's frozen and can't even move. You can see it even more the day after that during the interview with mario, i mean she looked very great but her face was sooo plastic, literally nothing is moving besides her mouth.

 

She would look much better right now without things she's doing to her lips and simply just more weight on because i don't know since she lost a lot of weight her face/skin kinda looks rough, she has very prominent cheekbones and all which  makes her older and not very glowing.  Some people just look better and younger when they are curvier. I think it's Britney's case. Even with her messed up lips in 2015 for example her face still looked better than now with her weight lost, like in the OP picture.

I noticed her eyes and nose looking different at the 2013 I heart thing especially compared to the same event just one year earlier. But it was a change for the better so I'm not complaining.
