She is already super fit and muscular. She's just toning. you can't go super heavy on shoulders anyway. 5lb -10 lbs dumbbells is more than enough for her to get amazing results!

This is not true at all. Heavy weights does help with toning. They do not give women big muscles. You guys are spreading so much misinformation about weight training.
