Yeah, lighter weights and higher reps for toning! If she lifted heavy, she'd have big ole muscles. 

She is already super fit and muscular. She's just toning. you can't go super heavy on shoulders anyway. 5lb -10 lbs dumbbells is more than enough for her to get amazing results!

what about agility? I thought female dancers prefered not to lift too much weight because of this 

none of her female backup dancers (current ones and from previous tours) are ripped at all. maybe just the abs (only in Britney's case) :lollistare:
