Sales plus streaming

I mean, it's nice and all that she is gonna pass platinum mark with Make Me, but it's pointless when her team won't certify it, they haven't certified a lot of albums and singles, which are multiplatinum

Why don't they certify her sales? Does it cost them a lot of money? They're so cheap and selfish it disgusts me.

When do they accept the certificates?

No idea how it works, I guess they just get the evidence in sales that the song or album has more than 1 million sold records in US and send it to RIAA and they certify it. Doubt that there is a submit window, I'm sure they can do it any time of the year.

how'd u check?

do u know about Youtube Artist insights? google it

Type in Britney Spears, select a date prior to Make Me's video release and select the country as US. And then check out her top 20 most streamed songs on Youtube since the date u selected. Make Me is #11 with 22M.

None of that really adds up.

The most recent chartmasters update from June says 600,000. It’s nowhere close.

That website is actually pretty accurate. It estimates 77 million in album sales, and Sony said 70 million in 2011. And that was 6 years ago, so 77 million now sounds right.
