This is different from flat out denying though. They just said no final decision was made. They couldn't say she was doing it and then have her say no and they look crazy. That's way different from how they responded to the Brit rumor of flat out no.

But what if Britney is a magical beast from the future, sent back into the past to save of from all of the basic pop stars, via a super fabulous SB performance?   They may not know yet, we should educate them.
