The bolded is obviously untrue; as the video was a pop cultural phenomenon.   But you're correct; they will need to promote the album.  And the anniversary is obviously the best time to do this since they could obviously ride the coatails of the publicity the anniversary would provide.  Don't know about the longevity of the album but it should easily debut number one.

Yep. Her biggest flop ever. Its because of her image. No amount of promo or 20th anniversaries will help her succeed if people still see her as cheesy and stuck in the past.

THere will be publicity but not as much as they would be if they actually did some
