Does anyone know how many copies Circus (album) sold during its first week in the UK? I just found out that FF debuted with 30k so Circus must've been at around 40k I guess...

what did glory and britney jean do? Glory debuted at 2 but I can't remember bj - I remember it was bad tho

Both did around 10k but charts don't mean anything. BJ debuted with higher sales than Glory while it didn't even manage to enter the Top30 and Glory, in contrast, debuted straight at #2.

really???? wow..... didn't realise the numbers were so small - I suppose the only competition she had on that day in the uk was Barbra

Yep Barbera got to #1 that week. FGL weren't a threat here as they're not as popular and their album only got to #28 or something like that. 

On a side note, imagine if she had released an album this year as Ed Boreen is cockblocking anyone from having a top 3, let alone a number 1 album. Rag N Bone Man to an extent too.

yeh its ridiculous - all that is played on the radio is ed and other crap..... Capital did play make me a few times tho

I only heard Make Me when Radio 1 did an interview with jer. Although I don't realy listen to the radio tbat much. But I went out yesterday and they were playing Shape Of You on the radio but our car radio is so shitty that changing the station just ***** it up... nnnn. Ed's music is too overplayed when all of his songs are boring.

Actually they might have, but as I said I don't really listen to the radio that much so I wouldn't know. Honestly think the stations play the same stuff over and over again and it gets boring.

yeh true - I just play my music on bluetooth even tho my mum hate Britney music cos I play it to much

Wasn't there some radio which boycotted her hard? It was a big radio station here in the UK and they literally slagged her off so much.
