Does Britney still have a shot on doing the 2018 Halftime Show?

At this point I'm not sure because she doesn't have new music out and we're not expecting new music anytime soon, and the GP unfortunately isn't interested in her at the moment. I really want her to do it since it's one of the biggest forms of promo you can get but by the looks of it I don't think she can  but what do you guys think? I remember at the end of the Glory era that Exhale made a "game plan" saying that the first single of B10 would be released in late January 2018, and that she'd perform a huge medley at the SB, and then another smash hit by May for the summer and then she'd premiere a new single at the VMAs and then in November 2018, she'd make pre-orders for B10 available and in early 2019 we'd get B10  . This seems like an amazing plan but by the looks of it B10 already seems like a mess and we didn't even start the era! Britney's team better boss up if they want this era to be successful!   So do you think she's still doing it?

There have been speculations about the halftime show since 2015 I  know it's a big deal so I hope she will do it

Considering artists don’t get paid for it and her team would probably have to pay a shitload of money, it’s not happening

I hope she will do it at some point but she isn't ready now. She needs to improve a bit more and add some vocals

Wait, seriously?  They don't?  No wonder we've never seen her up there since 2001 when she was getting millions of endorsements and money from somewhere else... now that she has none......................

Yeah, the NFL pays for the stage setup but they give the artists nothing. The artist only gets publicity, but it’s bad publicity if Britney does a mini POM show

She will always have a shot at it honestly because of her back catalogue and past iconic moments. I just want a great 10th album with amazing visuals. If she does the Super Bowl then it definitely wouldn't and shouldn't be POM at all. I imagine it as BBMA 2016 with better production, mega hits set list, and big choreography. I doubt the NFL would be okay with anything less than amazing.

I'd rather she did it in 2019 to celebrate her 20th anniversary. She could perform a medley of hits (change it up though so it's not too similar to the BBMAs 2016 performance) and also perform a new single or two (as I hope she'll have an album out by that point lol)

Well not until the end of year. But in most parts of the world BOMT (single) was not released and didn't chart until 1999 and that's also when BOMT (album) was released. Besides they celebrated her 10th anniversary in 2009 with The Singles Collection.

I think the gp would actually get a kick out of a medley maybe....especially people who grew up w her...she'd have to actually give us good choreo and vocals tho if she wanted to prove to them she's still got it (not that she has to )

Ya'll got mad when the Make Me video took 3 months to be released, you really want a year-long album promotion? And what makes you call B10 era messy? I don't get how you can judge something that's not even near existence. You're literally judging based off absolutely nothing.
