That cover shoot is her most iconic and one of her best. I don't know why they won't do more shoots like this with actual props, lately it's just a plain background. 

 

Also so the first set, I always wondered what the background was but seeing the full shots, it looks like she's inside a womb or ******

I've always been curious about this specific shoot.

I remember two or three pics from this same session were used on the Live and More DVD menu (including this one if I'm not mistaken?).
