Reading the songs that were on the charts back then really brings me back!! She really was one of a kind, everything else was more alternative or R&B, other than Nsync. And not gonna lie, being a southern girl, I kinda love seeing Shania and the Dixie Chicks on there, too

I was so obsessed with the Oops shoots! She was insanely, naturally gorgeous. No joke, I was taking pictures of her color from this shoot to my hair stylist even just a couple of years ago Timeless and flaw free

Omg, a cassette that's so cute  I don't remember if I saw the BOMT CD first but this was all I could afford from my pocket money back then.  IÄm still obsessed with that outfit.

Of course the first thing I ever saw from her was BOMT video, but an actual picture, I don't know if it was in some magazine, which I really couldn't tell, but I think the most likely is that the first one that I saw was when my neighbour bought the BOMT cassette, so I suppose that cover was the first picture I saw from her. I'm really not sure.

That picture was on the cover of some Britney book I bought at the Scholastic book fair that same year so it's one of the first that comes to my mind, too

A commercial after the BOMT video led me to peeps.com and the first photo I remember seeing, saving, and printing out was this one. It was also the first poster of hers that my local Walmart started to carry.

Just kidding. I don't really remember. My cousin introduced me to Britney's world in the beginning of 2001. All I can remember is that I was obsessed with Lucky music video and that I started to love her when I watched her performance at the Rock in Rio 2001.
