Was scrolling through his tweets and he posted a lot about how much he loved it.

 

How nice would it be of her/her team to release the video as an honor to him, and just in general to the Britney Army. I just feel like doing something so out of the blue like that would show how much she really does appreciate the support of all her fans 

 

(or is that just a dumb idea and people will think shes trying to get publicity)

No, that would be really dumb, like, really? using your fan's death to release a scrapped video? She would look like a major 'attention-*****' to the media and it wouldn't be exactly respectful for his memory.
