I heard it was because Brazil wanted a certain date that wasn't available, or Chile and Brazil wanted the same date or something, so she said if Brazil wasn't possible, then she wouldn't do any other South America country.

Its not only costumes and all the cheap things you guys keep (UNFAIRLY) dragging. There are other aspects that are super pricey that you don't exactly "see" but are needed to make the production possible. 

How old are you guys? 13? 14? 15? I swear that y'all have no common sense/real world experience based on the comments on this forum....

Obviously they will be needing a huge staff for security of the venue.

A lot of costs for these shows are in security, insurance, venue costs etc.
