Out from Under is my go-to song when I am sad... It is not very uplifting and I've cried so much with it, but it helps to let is all out.

Passenger could help too... I listen to it as in "there are things I am not in control" and you can definitely take it as if she is singing to God. I have always thought that song is about God.

Thank you for these :)

They're beautiful suggestions for the OP, and I'm so sorry to hear about your parents and the OP's aunt.

Everyone goes through **** times, just like how Britney did, but they come out the other end a better person and stronger :)

Not a Britney song but "Someone Like You" and "When we were young" by Adele

"I miss you", "All I ask", and "Cant let go" are also good songs from 25 that would work.

thank you everyone for their suggestions :)
