Crossroads was ok, aside from that the rest is embarrasing. She herself has said it, she's not a good actress so no, SHE ISN'T.

I am on season 3 and I think once am done with it ima need to watch fifty shades of grey in order to forget. Cause he is soo good hes scary and creepy

She's good. Having an acting coach by her side she could do great. She's perfect on those TV shows like W&G and HIMYM. I wish for her comeo on "MOM"

Except for Glee (she didn't really do much) and Jane the Virgin (Britney herself and the Episode in general weren't funny) she's funny. Id be down to see her take on more acting as a guest star or little cameos in movies, or snl hosting with her being back to her confident goofy self would be cool

but she'll never be an actress.

I really love her acting from MMC, to her on Famous Jett Jackson & Sabrina, to Crossroads but my faves were her sitcom guest roles on Will & Grace and HIMYM she would be great in her own sitcom. I didn't mind Jane The Virgin honestly, it also depends on the writing on certain shows.

I was cringed so hard when i watched crossroad for the first time centuries ago and yet I bragged to my friends that her acting was great and her movie was very good (i was on delusional britard late teenager stage at that time)

Her acting endeavors have failed to impress me, with the exception of MVs like "Toxic," which do require quite a bit of acting ability, TBH.

I remember watching Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" MV exactly one time, because I actually really liked the song despite her general awfulness, and it was HILARIOUS. I guess she was trying to be angsty, but she was just grabbing her hair repeatedly like a loon, while furiously pummeling at a car with a pained expression on her face. She legitimately looked like she needed to be institutionalised, and I've never been able to listen to the song again without laughing.

So actually, with that said, Britney does have some really great acting abilities when it comes to her many incredible music videos (with PG and MM excluded from... everything).

ETA: Ohmygod. I had to Google some gifs to see if the Swift video was as cringeworthy as I recalled. I found my answer immediately:

When she tries she's a really good comedian actress made for sketches, satires and just comedy. Of course with some acting classes or acting coaches.
