It doesn't really matter though:watrusayin:

It doesn't matter, but I just have the natural curiosity about that.

I've seen a few articles with titles like "Britney kicks off her tour with lip syncing flub" or "Britney hilariously gets caught lip syncing "

Can you post links?

I havent seen any articles like that yet, what I did notice is that some fans were praising her vocals on their twitter and instagram :moorangu:

I think OP was referring to the Japanese media

anyway i googled her performances in Japanese and nothing of the sort came out on the first page, though you might find people pointing it out on Twitter

actually on the first tokyo date I briefly checked the twitter feed and overall most people and her fans were oblivious or didnt care about lipsync, i only saw one negative tweet

That's surprisingly good! (Well, idk if it is a surprise, but still...)

In case you guys don't know, some of the most popular Japanese idol groups do lip-syncing almost all the time, and hardly anyone complains about it. Entertainers in general can do that without being judged, unlike "serious" singers and artists

Sounds goooood

Lots of Japanese singers are lip-syncing in the show. They don't find any weird from that. However, I am quite worried about the tour in Hong Kong as I am a Hongkongnese. All singers from Hong Kong must sing live in their shows, no matter they are dancing and singing at the same time. Britney's tour in Hong Kong is sold out. But I am afraid that they will be so angry and mad about her lip-syncing on the stage all the time. It leads them not to buy the show of her next time. The media in here are also mean, they love to write something negative of an artist and exaggerate it... So worried.... I hope this tour won't ruin her image and impression to Hongkongnese... God bless....:forkit:

I hope she will do something to avoid the above situation happens... :cinderellaney:

P.S. I like her as a performer. So it is okay for me to see her lip-syncing. But, most of the audience (except die-heart fans) will expect her to sing live in Hong Kong....(They see her as a singer.):squintney:

Brit, why don't you do something?! :snapney:

But you have to know that this is her first time coming to Hong Kong. Lots of the audiences are coming to the show because one or two hits from her. Also, there will be lots of HK singers to come... They had a high standard of putting a show. Mostly, the local star here performs at least 2.5 hours ( almost 30 songs) in a show. :forkit: IN LIVE !!!!
