How did I not know this???? But the way how they mention her in the video, it does not really sound like a performance but more like a statement that the TCAs would not be anything without Britney(s presence). At least that is what the video tells me...

Sis, it clearly says "Performances by BEP, Sean Kingston, Miley and then a huge Britney promo." Clearly it was meant to be a performance before being scrapped.
